Room is located adjacent to the main living are, the "living" room is pretty much your space as I don't use it. there is dining table and leather couch in the living space. You'll have full access to the kitchen and its well-stocked equipment. brand new 3 stage water filtration system hooked up to every water source in the house. new washer and dryer available for use. water, electricity, heating/gas and internet are all included in the room cost looking for 6-12 months rental, if you'd like to stay longer, we can move to a month to month after initial rental agreement. No cigarettes in the house, welcome to smoke outside. No pets, no exceptions. Guests are allowed as long as they are respectful. plenty of available parking. I don't have a responsibility list or cleaning schedule, just clean up after yourself within a reasonable time frame.
