This is a second-level condo in a garden-style mid-rise. There is one floor above me, and a ground level floor below me. There is no fireplace in my unit as is mistakenly described in the Zillow profile. However, there are fireplaces in some of the third floor units. It's very nice, attractive, for a single person, retired indiviual, or an older couple.
