Evans and Meadow views from the house. The property sits on one acre. Your downstairs entrance is through the kitchenette room. This room has a refrigerator, Ninja air fryer, induction single burner, some kitchen supplies. Due to limited kitchen space, this space is NOT a good option for those who love to bake or make extensive meals. Your own Private full bath is across the hallway from the bedroom. The third room is a utility/boiler room which contains a washer/dryer and has a double sink, disposal. There is a reverse osmosis water system installed. The washer/dryer may occasionally be shared with the owner, who visits once a month or so with family. An indoor only litter box-trained cat may be permitted upon review. No dogs or other pets. Parking on site is included. Easy commute down Hwy. 285. with just a 20 minute drive to SW Denver, 45 minute drive to Auraria Campus, 1.25 hour drive to DIA airport.
