Renter is responsible for all utilities such as electric, gas, and water. No smoking allowed indoors. Pets are allowed with a Non-Refundable Pet Deposit of $350 per pet at signing. An additional monthly pet rent fee will be imposed for small pets under 25 pounds at $25 a month and for large pets over 25 pounds at $50 a month. Security deposit of one month of full rent is due at signing. Renters insurance is not required.
