We also have a shop 41X26-1066 sqft. that has a loft above (12X12 pitch roof) There is 850 sqft. of covered deck around the house There is 700 sqft. of patio decking on the shorefront, in addition there is a 30' X10' pylon dock and pylons to hold two floating docks 10'X20' each. the shorefront also has approx. 40 feet of sandy beach front We have 4 apple trees, 3 cherry trees, 2 pear trees, one plum tree , 6 blueberry plants , 5 grape plants on 3 trellises, a raspberry patch with trellis, and a strawberry patch.
