What the owner loves about this home
The lake is the highlight. When we bought the home in 1987, we paid about 25% more than other houses on inside lots and never regretted it. The view is mesmerizing and we sit out by the lake at the end of almost every work day enjoying the tranquility over a glass of wine.
Our children went to the same excellent public schools for which the home is currently zoned. We've been empty nesters since 1999.
