Ocean front, fully furnished four bedroom home in duxbury beach with a landscaped yard. The house has an enclosed porch on the beach side and outdoor deck on the street side. Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, with dishwasher, garbage disposal, full sets of caphalon cookware, and full sets of plates and utensils. Includes washer/ dryer less than 4 years old, and two televisions. The house was fully re-insulated 5 years ago and Interior and exterior have been recently painted - exterior one year ago, interior 4 years ago. Half bath is in the first floor, all four bedrooms and full bath are on the 2nd floor, two bedrooms have desks that can be used as a home office. Includes a Wifi enabled HP printer to support remote work. While the home is located on the beach, we do not guarantee beach access. Access may be limited or unavailable for extended periods, and in some cases, may not be available at all. Owner pays for water, trash pickup, and WiFi. Renter pays for gas and electric - bills will be forwarded to renters. Maximum rental period is 9 months or until June 15th whichever comes first. Month to month rentals are possible at higher rate. No smoking/ vaping on the premises. No large groups/ parties. No pets
