The apartment complex is close to GA 400, 285 and Roswell road. Also, it is just minutes from Lenox Mall located in Buckhead. The apartment has 2 HUGE bedrooms and 2 1/2 Bath located on the top floor with an exquisite and spacious sunroom located behind the newly built fireplace. The apartment has three fireplaces which are in both bedrooms and living room. Additionally, it has an open kitchen, washer/dryer hookup, and dining room with a ceiling fan. Roommate styled. Outside storage for your belongings. The rooms are 13 x 16. The apartment complex has three well lit tennis courts, pool a laundry center and a fitness center. When I moved in I received a special rate the apartment complex had been offering, which is no longer available. I pay $884 a month for this apartment where rent is usually $1000.00 for my unit. Because of the late notice I will gladly pass my special rate on to you. :-)!! If needed, the leasing office has agreed to allow you to "renew" the apartment if you want to stay here longer.
