You're welcome to bring additional bedroom furniture as well) all bills paid, with private full bathroom and 2 closets, one is a walk-in closet, in a 2nd floor 2 bed 2 bath condo near 635 and 75. Also the sqft of the room does not include the closets and bathroom. Washer and dryer, shared kitchen and living space, pool on property with well-maintained courtyards. Deposit is last moths rent, can be broken up over first 2 months. I do on occasion dog sit for a friend but very rarely. He is a very sweet Aussie that mostly stays under the coffee table when he is here. No smoking inside. No parties. Must clean up after yourself and keep room tidy. May extend beyond 6-month lease if we both like the living arrangement.
