The crown molding accents the living room, hallway and bathroom. There a few ways you can set up the large space between the kitchen and the sliding glass door. As you see my recent person has a counter top bistro set to dine at. With the living room so spacious, in many other units the residents have more like a living room and dining room combination, still plenty of room for wrap around sofa, chairs and coffee tables. Outside the sliding glass door is the balcony area overlooking the courtyard and crooked trees, such a serene spot to sit and stargaze. Back inside behind the pattern glass bifold doors is a XL closet with carpeted storage nook. Last to view are the two bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has a large closet and a ceiling fan - there are 4 ceiling fans throughout the unit. The main bedroom has two huge closets both with organizers and one holds the built in safe. The previous owner had a washer and dryer hooked up in one of these closets, you'll see the hook ups. This occupant chose to disconnect that and have the closet space and use the common laundry facility in building J. Lately it has been updated with a pay by card instead of needing to carry money with you. Very large and clean laundry room. A few more amenities to mention are the cordless blinds, both of the wall A/C units are new, the bedroom and bathroom doors are 6 panel doors with new hardware. The low association fees covers the heat, hot water, trash fee and common area maintenance. Minutes to the airport, I95, the blue route/ 476, all sorts of shopping. I don't believe you'll find a more affordable place to call home, or in the beautiful condition with upgrades as this one!
