Ready to move in. This is a happy house to live in. During your stay, you will be responsible for all your utilities. You are expected to return the house in the same clean condition you will have received it. We may agree to a dog or a cat. Your pet must pass our case-by-case review and approval. There is an additional monthly pet fee and security deposit all depending on the kind, size, and age of the pet. Enjoy the pool, singing birds, the nightly sound of the crashing waves on the Kailua shores, near H3 Freeway, fast access to Kaneohe Marine Base, and a 20-minute drive to Pearl Harbor. Five-minute drive to DownTown Kailua, a safe neighborhood, and nearby Aikahi School, Kailua Middle and Kalaheo High Schools, Aikahi Shopping Center, etc. Private tours with prior appointment beginning Friday, September 27. The owners pay for the yardman's visits twice per month and the pool technician four times per month. Tenants pay for water, electricity, and all use of the base utilities.
