Trash cans are included for use with property but must be kept in storage enclosure specifically to keep the bears from getting to it.
No HOA. No smoking inside the house. 1 dog allowed once agreed upon with landlord and a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE pet deposit. No cats, birds or other exotic animals not kept in an aquarium. Utilities are tenants responsibility i.e.; electric, propane for cooking and high speed cable. Well and septic on property and must abide by rules for use to not damage septic. Well pump was replaced 2024. No business shall be run out of the property unless agreed upon with landlord. Wood used for burning in woodstove must come from somewhere else, meaning no trees are to be cut down for use to burn. Maintenance and use of wood stove is tenants responsibility. Tenant is responsible for proper lawn maintenance or will be charged the cost to have a company maintain.
