I love the bike trail right behind the apartments, the trails take you up Logan Canyon and 1st dam. As well, we are one block to Utah State Universtiy a 10 min walk to the center of campus. We also have a bus stop right out front. Rents are $4,400 a month, and all four units are three bed one bath. Two of the units are completely remodeled and two are updated. All of the water heaters have been replaced in the past three years. Stainless steel appliances in the remodeled units. Come take a look, it's a great property and well maintained.
