Amazing sunrises and sunsets, with only the sounds of the water lapping against the rocks that form the foundation for the cottage. Cottage built in the mid 1800s, with the original structure largely preserved within the larger footprint of the house. Major renovation January 2018 features new paint throughout the house, hardwood floors, new paintings, photos and posters, modern lighting and fans, area rugs, and wonderful Sonos sound system in living room, bedroom, and family/fireplace rooms, also connected to TV. Bedroom includes glass doors that open to the cottage deck (with comfortable chairs and ottomans) and expansive water views, custom, king bed with generous pillows, modern light fixtures, and quality cotton linens and ample closet space.
