I am looking to relet my 1 bedroom apartment that has been recently renovated with hardwood floors, high ceilings and new countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment comes with washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge. The apartment is a little over 750sqft and located in Regatta at Lake Lynn. The community is quiet and has 2 pools, a club house (with a gym being renovated) and a car wash service coming every Saturday. Cable is included in the rent ($855) and water/trash (about $30/month) and electricity (about $45/month) are extra. I am looking for someone to replace me (you would get a lease in your name for a $50 application fee, this is not a sublease) as I need to move closer to work.
