Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather. - $75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee. - If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge. - Ice makers are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly. -If equipment is used that would make the utilities charge become excessive, that will be charged back to the renter. - Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds.
