Large outdoor deck on the first floor, balcony off the second floor master bedroom. Features include smart washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, microwave, and ceiling fans. As you enter the house, you will see the living room, walk down the hallway to the first bedroom with a double bed, then a full bathroom with shower/ tub, followed by the kitchen, then the sun/dining room overlooking the river and marsh, plus a deck. A second bedroom with a queen bed is also on the main floor. The second floor has a third open space bedroom with a queen bed, and a balcony. The second floor also has a second full bathroom with standup shower. A propane grill is available on the deck. A kayak and paddleboard are also available for use in the Blackwater River onsite.
