Large outdoor deck on the first floor, balcony off the second floor master bedroom. Features include smart washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, microwave, and ceiling fans. Air conditioners are available in all rooms except one bedroom but one could easiler be added to the window. As you enter the house, you will see the living room, walk down the hallway to the first bedroom with a double bed, then a full bathroom with shower/ tub, followed by the kitchen, then the sun/dining room overlooking the river and marsh, plus a deck A second bedroom with a queen bed is also on the main floor. The second floor has a third open space bedroom with a queen bed, and a balcony. The second floor also has a second full bathroom with standup shower. A propane grill is available on the deck. A kayak and paddleboard are also available for use in the Blackwater River onsite. Tenant will be required to sign a waiver. Lots of restaurants, seafood and others nearby.
