No smoking allowed inside the home. Maximum overnight occupancy is six (6) guests; any additional guests require approval. Quiet hours must be observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Use of the swimming pool is seasonal (open May September only). No access to the pool during the off-season. No tampering with security cameras, Wi-Fi equipment, or any locked owner storage areas. Proper trash disposal is required; renter must follow City of Hampton collection rules and return bins to the home within 24 hours. Renter must keep the property clean, report maintenance issues promptly, and ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving. No illegal substances or disruptive behavior permitted on the property. Renter is responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
