Pets are not allowed due to allergies, and bringing a pet will incur a $750 cleaning fee. The home is smoke-free, and failure to comply will result in a $250 fine per room. Please avoid excessive noise to not disturb the neighbors, with quiet hours between 10pm-6am. Eating is allowed in the kitchen, dining room, and decks, but not in the pool. Food or drink in the pool can result in a $500 fine and repair costs. Do not leave food outside to avoid attracting bears. Please do not move the furniture, as doing so will incur a $1000 fine.
