The fireplace is a sealed combustion gas unit, which provides heat and ambiance but does not allow the heat from your house to escape up the chimney. The hot water is a sealed combustion, gas, tank less unit and even the cloths dryer is a heat pump unit with no vent, providing the best in energy efficiency. Additionally, careful consideration was given to low maintenance in everything from selection of materials to the landscaping. There is nothing like this house in Monmouth County.
