This gorgeous lakefront property is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the area has to offer while providing all the amenities you would need for day to day living. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, the property is 10 minutes away from the Hyundai Metaplant in Ellabell, and 30 minutes from Downtown Savannah. Our property is the perfect place for your temporary stay. Whether you are coming to the area for work, or need a place while you transition to more permanent living arrangements in the area (i.e. in process of buying a home, temporary stay while your home is being renovated, etc.) our cozy home has all your day to day needs. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck or watching sunsets on the dock. Bring your fishing pole to fish off the dock, or enjoy a leisurely moment on the lake in the rowboat or kayaking in the lake. The Master Bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, dresser, desk, and private bathroom with large shower. The Second Bedroom is unique. Depending on your needs, the room can be set up as a King Bed OR two (2) Twin XL beds allowing the home to benefit both families, several medical professionals, or other professional workers on assignment in the area. A dresser and closet are included, and there is storage space under the beds. The Third Bedroom has a twin size day bed / trundle bed, dresser, and closet. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway that has a shower / bathtub combo. Laundry is available onsite with a full size washer and dryer. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with plates, cups, pots/pans, baking sheets, small appliances, a coffee station, and plastic dinnerware if you want to enjoy eating outdoors on the back deck. The living room has a flat screen television with Fire Stick. Log into your favorite apps and watch your favorite shows. Please note cable is not provided at the property. Lantana has high speed internet for streaming apps or teleworking. Other amenities include a multi-media record player/ CD Player / Bluetooth player. A handful of vinyl records and CD's are provided for your enjoyment. We also have a Spotify Playlist specific to Lantana that our guests are welcome to connect to and listen to songs that inspired the atmosphere and design of Lantana. We also provide books, a cookbook, and 2 kayaks and row boat for outdoor activities. However, please note due to the area (South Georgia / Florida), there may be alligator sightings in the lake. NO SWIMMING is allowed at anytime. The home is dog friendly for dogs under 40 lbs and one (1) dog is allowed as a part of the rental. Please note a non-refundable pet deposit is required. We provide a starter kit of essentials (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, bar soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener). One set of linens, pillows, and towels are provided, and a complimentary monthly basic clean in which our cleaners will do a quick clean of the bathrooms / living spaces, and change out the linens/towels. Our maintenance team also does a monthly check in of the property to check smoke detector batteries, light bulbs, air filters, and other routine maintenance tasks. These monthly tasks are communicated and coordinated in advance for your convenience. House Rules: No smoking inside the home Quiet Hours daily between 10pm - 7am One (1) dog is welcomed with the following guidelines listed below. A current vaccination record will be submitted as soon as possible or no less than 2 business days as a part of the application process. Weight restrictions: No dogs over 40 lbs. Breed restrictions: No German Shepherds, Rottweilers, any breed of Huskies, Dobermans, any breed of Pittbulls, Cane Corsis, Akitas, or Canary Mastiff. All utilities are included (internet, water, and electricity). One pet (dog) allowed with appropriate verification it meets our house rules. Last Month's rent and security deposit is due upon signed lease agreement. No smoking allowed inside the home. Please review house rules for additional information on dog breed restrictions. Lease is a minimum of one month up to a maximum of 180 days.
