This above garage unit is located is in a local's neighborhood just two miles from Main Street Breckenridge. On the bus route and at the foot of awesome biking and hiking trails, this studio is open to ONE person. One parking spot is available and a stackable washer/dryer is in the garage for shared use. No pets or smoking. High speed internet, water, sewer and trash is included with rent. Tenant pays a portion of the electric bill. We are looking for a responsible person to care for this clean unit and one who will shovel their stairs and keep their parking pad/gate clean of snow. Available August 15th for a 12 month lease. Rent is $1850. The studio sits above a garage that is shared with a 3 bedroom/2 bath home. The floors are not LVP. They are water resistant, durable and natural but require ordinary care such as a neutral ph cleaner -- which I will supply. Cooktop is induction and will require magnetic pots. The studio is being renovated at the moment with a move in date of August 15, 2025. I'm happy to send video progress along the way and/or to set-up visits to serious potential renters after July 15th. Lastly, the studio will require you to shovel your stairs and your parking spot.
