Older mother in law apartment in our lower level. We are looking to share a part of our house with the right person. Actually the only think we share is the laundry room. All utilities included including WIFI. There is a large living room with the kitchen next to that. Through the living room door is a shower bathroom and at the other end of the hallway is a good size bedroom with a closet and a closet with shelving. There is another closet right outside the bedroom and yet another in the living room. Kitchen is roomy and has everything you need for preparing food and doing the dishes. The kitchen and bathroom are linoleum and the rest of the level is carpet. There is a separate entrance in the front and ours is in the back. Close to Hawthorn and downtown.
