    This is an investor's dream in a dream location, less than 10 minute drive to downtown Greenville. The seller had someone living in the home that decided to start renovations. However, they moved out without completing the work. The seller desires to sell fast without doing repairs and renovations, which is the reason for this "quick sale" price. The renovations completed are a fantastic kitchen, some lighting, some newer LVP(with more to complete the floors in the attic), the half bath, some lighting, paint, all newer, higher end, Samsung, black stainless appliance package including the "smart fridge" along with a wine cooler built into the peninsula. The kitchen counters are a beautiful, sparkle quartz. There are custom, white built-in cabinets in the breakfast room and kitchen with soft close drawers and custom pulls. The rooms are generous in size, as well, making this the perfect canvas for the creative eye. I call it an investor's special because there are some issues that require either a cash or at least conventional loan purchase, so no government backed loans will work. Some examples of work required, new HVAC system, broken window replaced in upstairs bedroom, LVP installed, walls and ceilings repaired after plumbing repair, among others. But, this is the reason it is priced the way it is, so please do not submit a low offer, because of these already known issues. It is priced accordingly. Thank you for showing!
