Two of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms located on either side of the house so easy to get privacy (even with a roommate). The third bedroom has a full size bed as well. Large dining room and living room area are perfect for gatherings. The backyard is very big and there's also plenty of parking space. Very close to TMH, great for hospital workers and travel nurses, or recent grads/grad students looking for something a little more homey than the college part of town. Also great for families and contract workers working in the area for a set duration. Fully furnished with plenty of amenities including new washer and dryer, refrigerator, 65" QNED LG Smart TV, Peloton (membership not included), and gas grill. Large front porch and back patio, and large backyard. Close to midtown, in a very walkable, cute, family-friendly neighborhood. 5 minute walk to Lafayette park, other parks also nearby. - Internet included. - Other utilities not included - 6 months to a year lease preferred. - FURNISHED! :) Note: there is a separate studio apartment attached to the home (separate entrances), currently being rented.
