Update - I am reducing the price on my condo as I will be taking it off the market soon if it does not sell. This is a set lowest price as I have put in a lot of updates. I am selling my one bedroom plus loft condo at Fairway Village as we recently bought a larger condo (also in Fairway Village). It has been a labor of love as I put in new AC minisplits, new bathrooms, flooring, staircase/banister, loft safety windows, wood shelves, shades, toilets in addition to pouring lots of attention to details in the condo. Those of you familiar with Quechee Club will know of the amenities - please google to learn more about the club. There is club fee in addition to the HOA dues listed. This is a wonderful place to spend time with family, enjoy the community - we love Fairway Village as we can walk easily and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, including Lake Pinneo.
