This mansion was built as a summer home about 1860 by Isaac S. Long, a merchant whose primary residence was in Manhattan, New York. The price is not accurate. It is to be determined after we do additional research. This is a unique home and there are no comparable properties that can be used for an easy market analysis. Keep checking back for more details including a list of some of the things we've accomplished while restoring this mansion. I'll be posting the sizes of each room and more details as well.
