    Spacious two-story apartment in a well-maintained triplex. This unit has 3 sides detached, so shares just one side with the other units. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a balcony, fireplace, in-unit washer and dryer, new floors, an open floor plan, two assigned parking spaces, and a big lawn in the back. It's on a dead-end street, yet centrally located with grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants just a few minutes' walk, and Seattle and Bellevue are just a short drive. The other two (smaller) units in the triplex are occupied by professionals. The unit is in excellent condition, having recently received about $20,000 in renovations and updates after the prior tenants moved out. We are looking for up a good credit score, rental history, and 2.5 income/rent ratio. We are not currently taking section 8 as we're still learning the rules for that. The unit can fit up to four people and 2 cars; there is no convenient off-street parking, so tenants should have no more than 2 cars. Tenants pay utilities (water, power, garbage pickup). No smoking. Quiet pets are allowed with an additional $500 security deposit
