The landlord employs full time maintenance staff and is very responsive, any maintenance issues are immediately taken care of. In the front of the home you will find a large screened-in porch. Outside, as I mentioned there is a large deck with plenty of space for a table and chairs as well as a grill. The backyard is not huge - less grass to mow! But there are lots of trees and plants to create a private enclave. The driveway is quite large and could easily fit four cars, plus there is a two-car garage (detached). The house is also located on a quiet, dead-end street, so the neighborhood children often play and ride their bikes without any issues. The neighborhood is close to bike trails, a quick bike ride away from beautiful Lake Mendota. As a Shorewood Hills resident you will have the option to purchase a pool membership for the summer (also a very quick bike ride away). Any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Need to move earlier?
