    **UPDATE** - I've had a lot of people express interest. Zillow rental manager is also very glitchy, so thank you for your patience. Completely renovated 2 bedroom/1 bathroom that lives much larger than the square footage suggests. Brand new carpet throughout the living room and master bedroom. The bathroom has been gutted and now has a tiled, walk-in shower and separate tub. Kitchen is huge with brand new cabinets, brand new fridge, and butcher block countertop. Back yard is serene and private. Detached garage (no door or room for parking) but plenty of storage. There's an ADU in the back that will NOT be available for the tenant. The ADU is being kept by the landlord as storage. It will NOT be leased as a separate residence and tenant is not permitted to sub-lease the ADU. Location is right on the Cedar River. Back on the market and available mid-January 2026. *Please message to schedule a showing* Tenant will be required to sign a written lease agreement that contains all of the lease terms. Please abide by income/rent ratio and credit score requirements and have ability to demonstrate compliance. Applications will also require rental history and reference checks. Applicant-provided comprehensive tenant screening reports are fine. Landlord will not charge applicant for any costs associated with applying, to include screening. The base rent amount is $2800. Tenant is also responsible for utilities (City of Renton), garbage (Republic Services), and Electricity (Puget Sound Energy). Electricity is usually between 100-200/month (the house is very energy efficient so can be as low as $50/month. Utilities are usually around $125/month. And garbage is around $80/bi-monthly. To be transparent, tenant should be financially able and comfortable with having housing expenses around 3200-3300 per month. Length of lease is negotiable. No pets and no smoking.
