The apartment will be professionally cleaned before it's vacated and viewing can be arranged. There's normally a $60 application fee for Camden that I'll cover. This is a gated apartment complex with 2 pools, a gym, a racquetball court and other amenities. It's about 10 minutes away from the Altamonte Mall, 5 minutes from I4 and 414. Must file an application with Camden before lease transfer can be performed. Rent excludes water, electric, trash and cable.
