I'm moving out of the area and looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease. Lease is over on August 2nd, 2015 with an option to renew. Rent is $802 a month which is about $100/month less than what is available for a 15 month lease going directly through Camden. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before it's vacated and viewing can be arranged. There's normally a $60 application fee for Camden that I'll cover. This is a gated apartment complex with 2 pools, a gym, a racquetball court and other amenities. It's about 10 minutes away from the Altamonte Mall, 5 minutes from I4 and 414. Must file an application with Camden before lease transfer can be performed. Rent excludes water, electric, trash and cable.
