The home is in a beautiful gated community in Austin. Surrounded by nature, you can see the trees of the Balcones Nature Preserve in the backyard. There are 2 floors. The 1st floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, a 55" TV, and a backyard space. The 2nd floor features a primary bedroom with an attached bathroom and walk-in closet, a living area with a 65" TV, a second bedroom, and another full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a Purple mattress. The second bedroom has a full-size bed (which is normally disassembled and stored) and a standing desk. The home also includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, a Peloton, and a weight-lifting rack. Two cars can be parked outside on the driveway. The garage will have our car in it, but we could potentially rearrange the garage to fit another car if needed. The community has a shared pool, hot tub, and barbecue grills. 20 minute drive to Downtown Austin. 10 minute drive to Lake Travis. Price includes Wifi but not utilities. No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home, please.
