Tenant shall: Perform routine lawn mowing and basic yard maintenance, including keeping grass, landscaping, and outdoor areas reasonably maintained. Promptly notify Landlord of any leaks, plumbing issues, heating or cooling system malfunctions, electrical problems, roof leaks, pest infestations, or any other condition requiring repair or maintenance. Cardboard, paper products in excessive quantities, or household waste. Pressure-treated, painted, stained, or chemically treated lumber.
