It includes 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, with a loft that has a big screen TV and leather couches. Full walk out basement that provides lots of storage, with a new washer and dryer. Mini split heat pump with AC and a large wood stove for the winter months. House comes fully furnished. Internet is fast and reliable. Backup generator is available if needed. There is a short walk down a path to a separate uninsulated bunkhouse that has a wraparound deck overlooking Maple Juice Cove. The bunkhouse is rustic, with a couch and a fireplace on the first floor. There is a composting toilet, but there is no water or plumbing in the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse has electricity, and the loft can be used as a bedroom in the early fall and late spring. To be compliant with the town's ordinance, there are no cooking facilities in the bunkhouse and guests should not bring their own. There are 2 double kayaks and 2 Stand Up Paddleboards that you are free to use with the rental in the months of September, October and May. Rental includes 3 cords of wood, trash removal, snow plowing. Fales General Store and More is 10 mins away. Thomaston is about 15 mins away, grocery store in Waldoboro is about 20 mins, Rockland about 25 mins, Camden approx 30 minutes away. Sep 1st to May 31st rental. No smoking house, some dogs allowed. First, last and security required. Owner pays for 3 cords of wood, plowing, and trash pickup. Tenant pays for electricity and internet.
