When scheduling your tour, you will be screened with the following questions In the past 14-days have you experienced: Fever or chills, shortness of breath or trouble breathing, cough, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, congestion or runny nose not attributed to allergies, new loss of taste or smell, other flu-like symptoms If any of the above answers are 'yes', we will be unable to schedule the tour. You will also be asked these questions at the time of your tour. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust's standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am -6:00 pm and Saturdays 10:00 am -4:00 pm. *Prices reflect a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before 11/27/21.
