We also have our cleaning crew clean once a month, but have have them do weekly or biweekly cleaning for an extra charge. Located just one block from Nugget Market and Starbucks, and one freeway exit from Delta Shores shopping center with its restaurants, retail, and multiplex cinema this gem offers easy access to both work and leisure. With its blend of peace, comfort, and prime location, this Pocket neighborhood haven is the perfect place to call home. Minimum stay 1 month. Longer stays preferred, and rent discounts will be considered for longer stays provided good credit and income : rent ratio. Utilities including electricity, water, sewage, heating/cooling, parking, landscaping is included. However if electricity and water bill is over the monthly average, the additional amount will be charged on a month-to-month basis. Our cleaning crew will clean the house every month for a flat fee of $150. Additional weekly or biweekly cleaning can be requested for the additional flat fee of $150 per cleaning.
