Early on her parents, Skip and Marylee Waylett, realized she had drive and organizational skills beyond her years. She planned adventures baking cookies to sell, having a hamburger stand, washing windows, addressing envelopes- all before she was a teenager! Her dreams were put on hold when she married and had her two sons (Ryan and Nicholas.) She became supermom, planning events for their sports or at school.
