A 2/2.5 cottage is becoming available for move-in on August 25th. Turnovers are infrequent in our small community, and we are excited to have the opportunity to invite you to apply! Here is some info about our community, Cottages on the Avenue: We are a small cottage community consisting of 12 cottages, 10 are 2/2.5 layouts and 2 are 1/1. This 2/2.5 cottage is renting for $2,000 a month. Rent includes valet trash service as well as exterior pest and basic lawn care. Pets are welcome, we charge $30/month for pet rent, $50 for two pets. This cottage has its own doggie door! To hold the cottage, we ask for a refundable security deposit of $1,000. The first month of prorated rent is due before move-in. Tenants at COTA are responsible for their own utilities, including gas, electricity, water/sewer, wifi/cable (optional). This home is equipped with features including a smart doorbell, smart lock, smart thermostat, and a full-size washer and gas dryer. This cottage is available on a first come, first served basis. The first to have an approved application, sign a lease and pay their security deposit will hold the cottage. Walkthrough videos available upon request.
