Needs alot of fixing. Kitchen floor rotted out. Heating system 1955 era. Works but not efficient. Kitchen needs a complete make over. House has wood stove. No insulation in the walls. Out apartment building needs complete overhaul. Roof needs replaced. Out side shop needs rebuilt. Steep roads very dangerous in winter. Hard to get in and out when icy.
