There is no smoking in this property. You also get a shed for storage. There are 2 bedrooms; however, they are on separate floors. If you like to fish: Middlecreek (stocked trout) is within a mile and 2 lakes- Walker and Faylor are within 5 miles. If you like to hunt: State gamelands are within 3 miles. If you enjoy walking or running on the road, you will be happy to know there is very little traffic (less than 10 cars an hour) on the road at this location. Security deposit of $800 and first month's rent of $800 are due at signing of 12 month lease. Owner pays for water and sewer.
