Our apartment comes fully furnished and utilities are included in the monthly rent payment. Rent is paid every 27 days. At the end of each monthly agreement, a required cleaning will be provided. A security deposit of $1900 + first month rent of $1900 is required. No pets, no smoking/vaping. The max number of occupants are 4. Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am (Please be courteous of our neighbors) Self-check-in with smart lock (a code will be provided) Our unit needs to be secured before you leave the building. To secure, pull the door shut and touch the YALE button. Occupancy Limit: 4 individuals. If any more than this, written approval will need to be granted. If not granted, any number over 4 individuals will automatically be vacated for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the monthly reservation (full name and contact information). For any undeclared guests, there will be an additional charge of $40 per person per day and could still lead to the removal of the reservation. If any undeclared guests are deemed unsuitable guests, they will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone. No Pets NO SMOKING / tobacco use of any kind. (tobacco, chew, vaping, marijuana, etc) No drugs or illegal activity of any kind. Lease will be canceled, and guests asked to leave without a refund. No drunken behavior. No professional recording or video production inside of property without prior approval & liability release by host. When entering our home, please remove your shoes. No eating in beds. Keep all food to kitchen/dining. Clean up all spills. We provide amenities such as towels, linens, throw blankets, etc. These, as well as all our property, are for your use while in our home and not to travel outside of our home or be taken with you when you leave. Inventory will be taken at the end of your stay and you will be charged for missing items. Please do not unplug our electronics. No mail or package delivery allowed to this address. $100 fee imposed and all packages will be returned to sender. Open flames are not allowed. Notify us IMMEDIATELY of broken or ruined items. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property (amenities, cleanliness, etc). Upon addressing this complaint to us, you authorize us to come into the property to solve the issue. We do not need permission to access the property if there is something you deem unsuitable that needs remedy. NOTICE: Our house cleaners are not trained nor compensated for the below issues and fines will be imposed for the below cleanings. $250 per day of entire length of monthly agreement for smoking/tobacco/illegal drug use of any kind $250 for pet urine, waste, hair and odor remediation. $375 for any bodily fluid, biohazard waste, blood & removal on any surface or linens (i.e. vomit, blood, urine, etc). Parking Free parking is available. You will park in front of the entry door leaving room for another car on the side of your car for our guests in our other lower unit. If you have multiple cars, you can park along the street. Laundry A washer and dryer are provided in our home. When using the dryer, please remove the lint after each drying session. Refer to our guest manual for more information regarding removing the lint. Security This property has an active exterior security camera system to maintain the safety of all our renters and the integrity of our home. Tampering or blocking the view of this equipment or other equipment will result in an immediate cancellation of your monthly agreement without a refund and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. We also have a noise monitoring system inside. This monitoring system does not record video or audio. It monitors the noise level as well as monitors temperature and humidity. If the noise passes our set threshold, we will be notified and we will be contacting you to correct the issue immediately. We are not liable for any injury, damage to personal property or loss of personal items. If any portion of our policies are violated, it will be grounds for immediate termination of the monthly agreement without refund.
