Reset your odometer again, and proceed straight (north) on this road for 0.6 miles, at which point the southwest property corner will be about 75 feet to your right (east). Continuing on the road an additional 0.1 miles, the road will cross the property's west boundary line and run inside of the property for about 100 feet before turning northwest and onward toward other properties where it soon trails off. There is a for sale sign on the property near the point where this road crosses onto the property. In addition, all four property corners are marked with 10' tall white PVC pipes flying blue survey tape at the top (be advised grazing cattle sometimes knock these markers down, which makes them more difficult to find).
