Only 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, you can quickly hop onto interstate 75 as the exit is only a couple of miles away. This is a one level home with a concrete foundation and is super easy to maintain. There are lots of windows for natural light and the kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room, which is great for entertaining. This is the perfect size home for a retired couple, a young professional or newly weds. Sorry, but no pets of any kind allowed. We are looking for a long term renter, 2 year lease or more. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn care. There is no smoking permitted in or around the home.
