There are lots of windows for natural light and the kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room, which is great for entertaining. This is the perfect size home for a retired couple, a young professional or newly weds. Sorry, but no pets of any kind allowed. We are looking for a long term renter, 2 year lease or more. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn care. There is no smoking permitted in or around the home.
