This home comes furnished with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed, and two twin beds. Other furnishings include kitchen table and chairs, dishes and cookware; living room chairs, couch, end tables, lamps, firewood rack, and lawyers bookshelf; other miscellaneous. Water, sewer and wifi internet access is included. Renter is responsible for electric, gas, garbage and firewood. Security deposit will be collected in three installments over the first three months. No smoking is preferred, especially inside the home, however if you are a smoker a refundable damage deposit will be collected at signing and refunded at the end of the lease if there is no indication of related damage.
