I am currently using it as a four bed, 2 full bath, and open living room/kitchen/dining room, and loft which is a bedroom now. It has 9.75 acres which are fenced for livestock if you choose to use it for that. The roof was redone in 2006, and in 2015 I did some remodeling by opening up the living room and kitchen, put house wrap and 1/2 inch insulation, and new siding on the exterior, new gutters, and French Doors into the house. 2017 I put down approx. 600 sq feet of wood look tile thru the Kitchen, living room, and laundry/bathroom 2019 completely repainted interior
