I bought it last year for $1600, I'm will to sell it for $1,000 which includes the bed frame, mattress protecter, sheets, pillows, and blankets. The couch is also for purchase for $150. There's a nice covered lanai and good view of the ocean & sunsets! Gorgous sunsets! Has washer & dryer onsite.
