    Our home sits on a 1.3 acre fruit farm above Kealakekua Bay. The house sits on the hill overlooking much of the farm with beautiful ocean and sunset views. The 500 square foot lanai has a small outdoor kitchen space, and brand new trex decking on the uncovered portion. The deck has stairs down to a lawn area with an outdoor shower. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been recently upgraded, all electrical, as well as new screens and paint throughout the house. The primary bedroom has a sliding door that opens to the covered lanai and hosts an ocean view, and has its own bathroom with a standup shower, and walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a deep bathtub (no picture as it is currently being tiled). The second bedroom also has an ocean and farm views. There is a two car carport with a storage closet and laundry at the entrance of the house, as well as additional grass parking. Our land is filled with tropical fruit trees, plants, and flowers. Tenants are more than welcome to enjoy seasonal fruits and flowers. We grow white pineapples, bananas, plantains, mangoes, ulu, lilikoi, papaya, star fruit, star apple, cherries, guava, avocado, multiple varieties of ginger flowers, and more. There is a raised vegetable garden and chicken coop available as well. Owner includes electricity, water, landscaping, and GE tax in the price of the rental. The manager resides in a cabin on the land. Our home is in an incredibly special part of South Kona, 5 minutes from Kealakekua Bay, and 10 minutes from Puuhonua o Honaunau. Owner pays water, electricity, and GE taxes. House can come unfurnished or partially furnished depending tenant's preference. Tenants may harvest fruit for personal use.
