Just 45 minutes from Killington, Pico and Okemo mountains. Private parking front and back. Snow removal, lawn mowing and well water included. Lease term one year. Maximum 2 occupants. Each occupant is required to complete application. Last 2 pay subs required. Log Home - No smoking allowed. No burning of any material on premises, cause for eviction. Included: Mowing and snow removal for driveway. Included: Sorted garbage/recycling removal from top of driveway twice per month. Tenant responsible for snow removal from porch to car and/or to back door if desired. Tenant responsible for TV, phone, internet if desired, electric and propane (heat, hot water, stove, dryer).
