    Welcome to the Worrell Barn! The Worrell family came to the 'New World' with William Penn on his ship 'Wellcome' in the 17th century. The first Worrell born in North America was John Worrell, who traveled back to Europe to gain his medical training, returning to become the first Doctor in Upper Providence Township, acquiring 600 acres along Crum Creek! Down past the entry hall, a huge vaulted & paneled family room overlooks the rear yard (including two waterfalls & a pond) with French doors to the outside, a wet-bar area along with two closet areas. Back outside, walk past the family room, and a completely separate entrance gains access to the in-law apartment. A small entry vestibule provides a convenient weather barrier prior to entering the apartment. One could open up access from here into the family room mentioned earlier. A cozy living area is open to a tidy kitchen with a counter-height bar for two stools. A storage closet is tucked behind the living area where a separate hot water heater services the needs of the apartment. A full bathroom with a stall shower is located beyond the kitchen, while the bedroom is at the very end of the space. Back outside, there is one more area to share, and that is the 'equipment garage' that provides yet another covered storage area for lawn equipment. It is open on the rear, yet has an overhead door facing the street and a driveway that connects all the way down to Crum Creek Road. The location is so convenient to so many things! One can access Route 1 and the I-476 in less than 5 minutes. That gets you to the airport in under 15 minutes (without rush hour!). Just 10 minutes away are all the fabulous shops & restaurants of downtown Media (and all of the various festivals that are promoted & sponsored by the Media Business Authority) and a farmer's market along with a very unique Trader Joe's that is housed inside the historic Armory building!
